IBU and Kocaeli Health and Technology University Sign Memorandum of Cooperation

International Balkan University (IBU) and Kocaeli Health and Technology University have officially established a collaborative academic partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation. The formal signing ceremony took place at the IBU Campus, where Prof. Dr. Lütfi Sunar, Rector of IBU, and Prof. Dr. Muzaffer Elmas, Rector of Kocaeli Health and Technology University, signed the agreement.

IBU and Kırklareli University Formalize Academic Cooperation

International Balkan University (IBU) and Kırklareli University have formalized their academic collaboration through the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation.
