International Balkan University Holds Graduation Ceremony for Class of 2025

International Balkan University (IBU) held a graduation ceremony on May 30, celebrating the academic achievements of the Class of 2025 at its campus in Skopje, North Macedonia. More than 1,000 attendees, including family members, friends, faculty, and dignitaries, gathered to honor over 350 graduates from undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral programs. This year’s graduates represent the university’s 15th generation since its establishment in 2006, continuing IBU’s mission of academic excellence and intercultural dialogue. |

International Balkan University Signs Memorandum of Cooperation with the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning |

In a significant step toward enhancing collaboration between academia and public institutions, International Balkan University (IBU) has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning. The memorandum was officially signed by Prof. Dr. Lütfi Sunar, on behalf of IBU, and Minister Izet Mexhiti, on behalf of the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning.

IBU the First University to Sign a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Ministry of Transport of North Macedonia |
|
International Balkan University (IBU) has taken an important step toward strengthening ties between higher education and public institutions through the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of North Macedonia. The memorandum was formally signed by Prof. Dr. Lütfi Sunar on behalf of IBU, and by Deputy Minister Kaltrina Zekolli Shaqiri on behalf of the Ministry.

The Rector of International Balkan University (IBU), Prof. Dr. Lütfi Sunar, together with the President of the Board of Management of IBU, Mr. Recep Süleyman Özdil, conducted an official visit to the Council of Higher Education of the Republic of Türkiye (YÖK). The distinguished IBU representatives were warmly welcomed by the President of YÖK, Prof. Dr. Erol Özvar.

The Power of Student Creativity Illuminates IBU’s 15th Annual Exhibition |

The 15th Annual Student Exhibition, a powerful celebration of creativity and innovation, officially opened its doors at the Museum of the City of Skopje. Organized by International Balkan University’s Faculty of Art and Design, and Department of Architecture at Faculty of Engineering, the event brought together an energetic mix of imagination, skill, and academic achievement.
